It offers visual motivating biofeedback on the progress of pelvic floor exercises (otherwise known as Kegel exercises).

One 5 minutes long exercise session per day is sufficient to achieve adequate pelvic floor muscle fitness. Significant improvement is clearly noticeable in 16 weeks.
