Rio Arm Toner Stimulation Programmes:

1. Programme 1: Arm toning (30 minutes) - the pulses tone your muscles with high frequency bursts lasting 4 seconds with a 2- second pause between each burst.

2. Programme 2: Muscle building (30 minutes) - this programme simulates a use of weights on the muscles, stimulating the muscles with much longer contractions, thus providing a more demanding and strength building passive workout. Each burst of pulses lasts 8 seconds with a 3-second pause between each burst.

As with all effective methods of building and toning muscles, regular sessions are essential. After the first week of daily use you will notice firming of the muscles you have been working on.
