• Pelvic Floor Stimulation with Femme Elite

Femme Elite helps you to strengthen pelvic floor muscles through passive effortless stimulation that makes them stronger. Strong pelvic floor is essential for bladder control, vaginal tone and greater sensitivity during sexual activities. Exercising, thus strengthening pelvic floor muscles is important during all stages of woman's life, but pelvic floor exercise is especially crucial after childbirth.

Femme Elite addresses 3 types of incontinence:

1. stress incontinence
2. urge incontinence
3. mixed incontinence

Femme Elite is designed to stimulate and strengthen your pelvic floor muscles for you and when used with internal vaginal probe (supplied), Femme Elite ensures that you are stimulating the correct muscles. Femme Elite works like an internal muscle toner to strengthen your pelvic floor.

Stress incontinence presents are urine leakage during sneezing, coughing, laughing, lifting or when running, jogging or exercising. When treating stress incontinence with Femme Elite, the improvement comes slowly as the exercise builds up and strengthens the muscle fibres and improves nerve sensitivity. Noticeable improvement can take up to 2 months.  

Urge incontinence is a strong, sudden and uncontrollable urge to urinate. Femme Elite helps to reduce the false signals of urinary urgency sent by the bladder to the brain. Results can be noted in as little as 14 days.       

Mixed incontinence is a combination stress and urge incontinence symptoms. Using Femme Elite

Femme Elite Precautions and Contraindications

• Do not use Femme Elite if you have a fitted cardiac pacemaker
• Check with your doctor before use if you have a heart condition, undiagnosed pain, have any metal implants
• Do not use Femme Elite in TENS mode before 37th week of pregnancy
• Do not use Femme Elite in EMS and PFS modes during pregnancy. You can start to use Femme Elite in these modes (EMS & PFS) from 12 weeks after birth
• Do not use the internal vaginal probe of you have vaginal or urinary infection
• Do not perform pelvic floor stimulation with barrier contraceptive device, such as diaphragm or cervical cap
