Arthritis iSock stretches to fit over feet of all sizes and fits either foot. For best hygiene, you can gently wash the iSock by hand in warm water and air dried naturally in room temperature.

iSock is easy to use. Put slightly dampened iSock on the foot you intend to treat. Dampening of the iSock prior to use improves the flow of the soothing current into your foot. Connect the iSock to your iTouch Easy TENS machine, iTouch Plus TENS machine or your Touch TENS machine. Place a second skin electrode on the treated leg somewhere below the knee. Switch the TENS machine on and enjoy the soothing benefits of TENS treatment delivered directly to your painful foot. Repeat treatment as required. It is possible to use iSocks on both feet simultaneously (i.e. apply a pair of iSocks).  Please note that iSock garment is supplied as a single and should you wish to treat both of your feet at the same time, you should purchase 2 iSock garments.

iSock for Pain Relief and Arthritis

The iSock garment (one sock only) is supplied with a stud adaptor that connects the iSock with the TENS machine (i.e. iTouch Easy, iTouch Plus, Touch TENS) and a pack of 4 self adhesive skin electrodes (50 x 90 mm). Simple user instructions. Please note that TENS machine is not supplied.
