The Neurotrac Pelvitone Pelvic Muscle Trainer is intended to provide electrical stimulation and neuromuscular re-education for the purpose of rehabilitation of weak pelvic floor muscles for the treatment of stress urge and mixed urinary incontinence in women.

Pelvic floor muscles or pubococcygeal muscles are a hammock like group of muscles that wrap underneath the bladder and rectum. Vaginal delivery is one of the key reasons for the pelvic floor muscles to lose strength and tightness. Obesity, age and hormonal changes during and after the menopause also contribute to the loss of muscular tone and firmness. Neurotrac Pelvitone specifications

2. Amplitude: 0-90 mA into 500 Ohm load; actual mA will tend to be less than indicated due to electrode impedance: at 1000 Ohms load (Electrodes in poor condition) the maximum will be limited to 86 mA, at 1500 Ohms load the maximum will be limited to 65 mA.

5. Selectable pulse width: 50 ìS - 330 ìS [2% accuracy].

8. Low Battery Indicator: If the battery goes below 6.9 volts +/- 0.2 volts the battery symbol will flash on/off once every second.
9. Open Electrode Detect: If an open circuit is detected at the output of channel A or B the output current will be reset at zero.

Neurotrac Pelvitone gives you full control over the Pulse Widths, Rates, Ramps up Times and Work & Rest Cycles. When 2 channels are applied both synchronous and alternating applications are possible. Neurotrac Pelvitone is suitable for urinary and feacal incontinence and can be used with vaginal and anal probe as appropriate.

NeuroTrac PelviTone is supplied complete with VeriProbe, battery, user instructions and a complimentary copy of Dr Pauline Chiarelli’s Womens Waterworks.
