We endeavour to make purchasing of healthcare products from us - Win Health Ltd - as easy as possible. Our Online Shop is secure and features left hand side navigation and a Search facility enabling you to find products easily. To search for healthcare products on our website, go to the Search facility above on the right, type the product in and press 'Search'. The facility will provide live links to pages on which you will find the product.

VAT exemption on selected healthcare products for UK/EU customers

If you are entitled to purchase healthcare products VAT free, you must complete VAT exemption declaration at the time of purchase. You will find the VAT declaration form in our Online Shop for simple electronic VAT submission at the time of purchase. However, please note that you will only be able to purchase products VAT free, if they are in an appropriate VAT exempt category as designated by the VAT and Inland Revenue authorities.

Products that are VAT exempt are shown in the Online Shop as VAT Free. You can purchase these products VAT Free by choosing VAT Free option. You must complete and submit online at the time of purchase the VAT Declaration Form available in our Online Shop.

You may qualify for VAT exemption, if you suffer from disability or have a relevant chronic illness. VAT exemption declaration can be completed online using VAT declaration form in our Online Shop.

Customers from outside the EU do not pay the VAT - our Online Shop is configured to remove the VAT automatically at the Checkout. 

Cost of shipping

• UK customers have 3 shipping options to choose from at the Checkout, including a free option. 

• Overseas customers can view the cost of shipping by using the Online Shopping Cart in the following way:

Choose a product or products you wish to purchase. Place chosen goods in the cart and follow the purchasing process by clicking on ‘Next’. Declare the country to which you wish the goods to be shipped to and click ‘next’. In the next window, the cart will show the shipping cost of the chosen goods to the destination country.

VAT deduction on purchases made by customers from outside UK/EU 

Please note that if you live outside the UK and/or the EU, the VAT (Value Added Tax) will be DEDUCTED from your final total price AUTOMATICALLY by the Shopping Cart at the end of the purchasing process. All purchases made from countries outside the EU (European Union) are VAT Free!

Our shopping cart calculates all costs. The total price shown to you prior to completion of your purchase includes the cost of goods and the shipping costs.
