Skin camouflage can be applied to a variety of skin imperfections to hide or minimize their appearance. The blending is simple and can be done on the palm of your hand. When mixed, the blend can even be stored in the travel pot (provided). For best results, you should mix and apply the camouflage in the daylight to ensure that you match your skin shade correctly for the most natural look.

Your mixed blend should be tried on the skin close to the area in need of the camouflage to test the camouflage blend for perfect match to your skin shade. You should also remember that your skin colour can change with the seasons throughout the year due to the influence of the sun on your exposed skin.

Who can use the Rio Skin Camouflage?

Skin Camouflage is suitable for men, women and children; the same camouflage procedure is used on all skins.

How long will the Skin Camouflage last?

It is designed to remain on the skin for 6-8 hours and can be removed and re-applied without any damaging effect to the skin. You may find it necessary to re-apply the powder after a few hours. Re-applying powder will also keep the camouflage matt.

Is Skin Camouflage thick and heavy?

No, not if applied correctly. It should be smooth to touch with a matt finish. Not greasy or heavy or feeling cold at all.

Is it alright to use Skin Camouflage, if I am applying medication to my skin?

Yes, apply the medication as normal, then wait at least 20 minutes for the ointment to be absorbed. Blot with a tissue before applying your Skin Camouflage in the usual way. Equally moisturiser or sun protection can be applied under camouflage as well.
